Student Kudos

The following students of XIMB added a few more feathers to the cap of the institution by some outstanding achievements in premier events/competitions.

Tarakrama Rao Raghupati and Jay Shankar Prasad, PGPRM 2008-10, presented a case study-"Enabavi-The Road Ahead in Agriculture" which was adjudged as among the best submissions in the Sitaram Rao Livelihood case study competition 2009 organised by MDI, Gurgaon and Access Development Services.

Komal Singh, PGP 2008-10, won the 2nd Prize in Concours’09, in the Human Resources category. Concours’09 received more than 200 project entries from over 55 B-Schools across India

Kiran Mahasuar and Anup Kumar Singh, PGPRM 2008-10, won the 3rd prize for the best summer project in Rural Marketing category by Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI).They had done their summer internship with Gram Tarang.

Nishit Ganatra and Neha Nagaraj, PGP 2009-11, made their mark in the Online Treasure Hunt Event conducted by BIM, Trichy as part of Crescita. Nishit secured 1st place (Cash prize of Rs.25000) and Neha took the 3rd place in Encrypto.

Anton Babu and Sumedh Vijayakar, PGP 2008-10, won the first prize in the Brand Equity Quiz, Biz-Wizzard, conducted by the KIIT School of Management. The second place was secured by another XIMB team made up of Swarup Kumar Kar and Udaya Bhanu Satapathy.

Sandeep Gautam and Manisha Mishra, PGP 2008-10, won the Reckitt-Benckiser Decision Making Challenge. After making it into the top 20 rated videos, theirs was declared the winning entry in the RB Decision Making Challenge. Based on the exchange rate in the Financial Times 03 Sept 2009, they have won 244,100 INR!
