Dean (Academics)
Prof. Subhajyoti Ray succeeded Prof. W S William as Dean (Academics) w.e.f. October 6, 2009 for a period of three years.Prior to joining XIMB; Prof Ray worked for nearly 6 years with the Reserve Bank of India. His experience has been in the area of Information systems and statistical analysis. He has also been a visiting faculty to ESSEC Business School in France. His current research interest is e-governance.
He has worked as the Admissions Coordinator and PGDM Coordinator of the Institute before he was appointed as the Dean (Academics).
Dean (External Linkages and HR)
Fr. P.D. Thomas, SJ. is appointed as the new Dean for External Linkages and HR. He will be the in charge of International Relations, Compliance activities, Media & PR and all the functions of HR in the Institute. Also he will be the in charge of Part time Programmes to be conducted outside the Institute.
Fr. P.D. Thomas was the Dean (Academics) of XIMB from 1992 to 1994, Director of XLRI from 1994 - 2004 and Director of XITE from 2004 – 2009. In addition to being an Administrator, he will also serve as a Faculty member of OB & HR area.
